We treat patients humanly and kindly. We listen, counsel, educate, and advocate for your well-being.
Our Practice
At Apex Health, our mission is to provide comprehensive healthcare with compassion, kindness, and respect. Apex Health is a safe place that allows for open and honest conversations between patients and providers without judgment. We understand that no two patients are alike, and thus no two treatments are alike. We work with our patients to tailor personalized plans in order to achieve mind and body wellness.
Apex Health also closely coordinates with drug and alcohol addiction treatment centers, providing medical care in support of a holistic approach. Our team assists treatment programs and their medical directors by addressing urgent medical needs and chronic health issues of patients to ensure a successful recovery. We advocate for patients’ sobriety and long-term well-being. We pride ourselves in honesty, transparency, and accessibility to both patients and their treatment teams. We believe that together, we can grow stronger and healthier.
“Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.”

We Are Here to Help
Patients in Treatment Program
We have extensive experience working together with drug and alcohol addiction treatment facilities. Apex Health works closely with all aspects of treatment centers—from program directors to case managers to drivers—enabling prompt and cohesive care for patients. We offer comprehensive medical services and conveniently draw blood tests in our office. We are also experienced with medically assisted treatment (MAT) and can perform comprehensive assessments when required to determine medical necessity.
Patients in Recovery
Congratulations! You have completed your addiction treatment! Now what? Apex Health provides continued care even after your treatment program has been completed. Our comprehensive medical services include urgent care visits, chronic disease management, and mental health and psychiatric care. We understand the complexities involved with treating patients in recovery. We partner with you as you continue living a healthy and drug-free life.
Patients seeking Primary Care
Apex Health provides adult primary care the old-fashioned way. We offer concierge-level medical service, without the concierge price. At Apex Health, we believe in treating all patients with compassion, kindness, and respect. Our services include physical exams, gynecological exams, hepatitis C treatment, and basic mental health and psychiatric care. We also conveniently draw blood tests in our office.
Services
Adult primary care
We encourage health maintenance and preventive care, which includes regular check-ups, patient counseling, and screening tests to keep you healthy.
Urgent Care
We offer same day appointments for urgent medical needs such as ear infections, pharyngitis, and urinary tract infections (UTIs). We also provide imaging orders (x-ray, ultrasound, MRI) when needed to quickly diagnose acute symptoms.
Women’s Health
We screen and treat gynecological concerns including bacterial vaginitis (BV), yeast infections, and sexually transmitted infections (STIs). We encourage annual well-woman exams to check for breast lumps, skin changes, or nipple discharge. Depending on your age and sexual history, a pelvic exam is also recommended for cervical, uterine, and ovarian screening. We perform Pap smears and vaginal cultures in our office.
Mental Health
We promote mental health and wellness without judgement or stigma. If you struggle with depression, anxiety, or other mental or emotional issues, we can help. We also have a deep understanding of the link between mental health and addiction, and can provide you with the needed support.
Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
We encourage and promote abstinence and drug-free living. Hence, we offer and administer Vivitrol in our office. In select circumstances, we also offer other MAT options. Please call us to learn more.
Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) testing
We offer screening and treatment for sexually transmitted infections. Unprotected sexual intercourse increases the risk for sexually transmitted infections including Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, and HIV.
Hepatitis C treatment
We offer oral treatment for hepatitis C. Current treatment for hepatitis C can be completed in 8-12 weeks and involves only oral medications, without any injections required.
Tuberculosis (TB) testing
We offer purified protein derivative (PPD) skin test to screen for infections caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. This bacteria spreads through the air and may cause lung infections.
Electrocardiogram (EKG)
An EKG is a test that checks the heart rhythm and screens for heart disease. We perform EKGs in the office when needed to evaluate patients with symptoms such as chest pain or palpitations.
Referrals to Specialists
When needed or requested, we can provide referrals to medical specialists for further evaluation. We work closely with many different specialists in the area to provide you with comprehensive care.
